If you want to try a new product we suggest ordering one item before committing to a bulk order to ensure you qualify for our 30 day guarantee.

To prevent abuse of this policy, please note the following conditions:

First-Time Trials Only: To keep this fair, the guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a specific product. Re-orders, refills, or additional quantities of an item you have previously purchased are not eligible for a refund, as a re-order indicates you’ve already tested the product and are satisfied with the results.

One Unit Limit: Refunds apply to only one unit per product, per customer. If you’re trying something new, we always suggest starting with a single bottle before committing to a bulk order.

Shipping: We refund the cost of the product only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subscription Timing: Subscription orders must be canceled within 30 days to avoid your next charge. We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals once that 30-day trial window has passed.

Anime Shreds reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and deny return requests in cases where the purchaser has abused the return policy. Anime Shreds may amend or terminate this return policy at any time without notice. 

Subscription orders: monthly subscription orders will continue unless cancelled. Note: you are responsible to cancel before your next shipment to not get charged. If you cancel after it’s been shipped and would like a refund, you are responsible for shipping fees associated with sending the product back.
